William Murphy

Shreveport, La -Mr. William Walter Murphy ""Bill"" was born June 22, 1928 and passed away August 24, 2015. He was the third of six children born to Evans Hurd Murphy and Tina Augusta McCoy Murphy. His parents, three brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Emma, son William Wayne Murphy, five nieces and one nephew. Bill was a cherished husband and father. He will be greatly missed. Memorial services will be held at a later date at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Shreveport, La. With Pastor Chad Hardbarger officiating
