William ""Bill"" Andrew McReynolds William 'Bill' Andrew McReynolds, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away May 14, 2016 after a long illness. He was born June 23, 1955. Bill was a man of great faith and many interests. He enjoyed wood-working, researching genealogy, and studying Christian theology. He was family-oriented, loved banana pudding, and Chinese food. One of his favorite sayings was, You're not guaranteed the next five seconds. He will be remembered by many for his love and generosity, his enduring faith, and the way he fought his illness with dignity, humor, and met death with honor. He is survived by his wife, Susan Develin McReynolds; daughters Brandi Sebren, Alana Sebren; sons Robert Presley, and his wife, Heather; Andrew Presley, and his wife April; and eight grandchildren; sisters Patricia McReynolds of Shreveport, La.; Liz Adams, and her husband Peter of Texas; brothers Joseph McReynolds of New Orleans, La; Johndale Hendrick, and his wife Ileana Manzanilla of Mexico; and Frank Hendrick, and his wife Paige McDade of Belcher, La. A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, May 28, 2016, at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church, 3075 Colquitt Road, Shreveport, Louisiana. Donations may be made in his name to The National Kidney Foundation, at www.kidney.org. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
