Tracy Blackwell, age 49, of Shreveport, LA passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Willis-Knighton Pierremont Medical Center. Tracy was born December 23, 1963 in Bossier City, LA to Ernest A. and Rita Hayden Preston. Left to cherish his memory are his mother:, Rita Hayden Preston; brothers, Thomas Preston & Terrel Preston; sister, Tamara Preston Boyd; 3 nieces; 2 great nieces and a host of friends. A private family interment will be held at Forest Park Cemetery on St. Vincent's Ave. Arrangements are being handled by Forest Park Funeral Home, 1201 Louisiana Ave., Shreveport, LA 71101.
