He was an amazing father to four sons, Robert, Tommy Jr., William Fletcher, and Sterling Manshack and a daughter Linda Michelle Manshack. Tommy was the brother of three sisters, Marie Procell, Shirley Cherry, and Helen Rivers. Along with eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was an amazing father, beloved husband, dear brother, and grandfather. He will be missed. Arrangements will be conducted by Forest Park Funeral Home.
