Tammy Faith Etheredge Flippo Bossier City, LA - Celebration of life for Tammy Faith Etheredge Flippo, 49, of Bossier City, LA will be held at Forest Park Funeral Home, 1201 Louisiana Ave, Shreveport, LA with Pastor C. L. Bourn of Greenwood Hills Baptist Church officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 23rd, 2016 from 6 to 8PM. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 24th, 2016 at 11AM. Tammy was born May 18th, 1966 and left this world for her heavenly home, Thursday, February 18th, 2016 after a short, courageous battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her baby daughter, Holly Christine Breland. Left to cherish her memory is her Husband, Phillip Flippo of Bossier City, LA, Sons, Brad Breland & Girlfriend Tacita Vance & Jesse Breland all of Shreveport, LA. She is also survived by her parents, Jerry & Judy Etheredge of Shreveport, LA., Mother-n-Law Ada Flippo of Bossier City, LA., Sisters, Angie Shepherd & Husband Ray of Minden, LA., Stacy Rambin and Husband Patrick of Shreveport, LA & Grandchildren, Johnathan, Holly, Anna, Kiley, Zayla & Zoe'. Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Friends. Honoring her as pallbearers will be Joshua Rambin, Drew Hale, Mike LaFisca, Randy Lee and George & Tim Wiley.
