Sam Duncan of Shreveport, LA passed away on November 14, 2013 while staying in Harmony House. He loved any kind of Jazz or Blues and enjoyed getting together with friends. He also loved to cook and spend time with his 3 beautiful children. He will be missed. Arrangements have been entrusted to Forest Park Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 @ 11:00am in The Wellman's Memorial Chapel here at Forest Park Funeral Home. Please come and join the family in paying your respects.
