Ruth Claire Isbell, 94, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2015. She was born August 6, 1921 in Shreveport to the late Blake and Nellie Crenshaw Green. She was a loving mother and will be deeply missed. A private burial ceremony will be held at Forest Park East Cemetery.
