Russell Allen Whatley, 50, died Friday, October 8, 2021, in his home. Russell was born on May 10, 1971, in Shreveport, LA, to Bill and Rhonda Whatley, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his sister, Tracey (Michael) Belanger; cousins, Ronnie, John, and Jonell Garner; niece, Morgan Belanger; and nephew, Dylan Belanger.
