Richard "Ric" Brent Madden Ric Madden, 50, of Bossier City, LA passed away during the afternoon of Thursday, January 5, 2017. A Visitation for will take place 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Thursday, January 12, 2017, at Forest Park Funeral Home, 1201 Louisiana Ave., in Shreveport. A Graveside Funeral will also be held on Thursday, January 12, at 12:45 PM at Forest Park WEST Cemetery, 4000 Meriwether Rd., in Shreveport. Ric was born on July 1, 1966, in Shreveport. His Father, Wiley D. Madden, was in the U.S. Navy. Therefore, Ric and his family lived in numerous locations throughout the United States to include: Dallas, TX; San Diego, CA; Oak Harbor, WA; and Ardmore, OK, only to name a few. Ric attended Plainview High School, while living in Ardmore. Ric loved music, especially Straight Up, Rock N Roll. He even played guitar and loved playing and singing. Mr. Madden is preceded in death by his father, Wiley D. Madden. He is survived by: his mother, Elaine Shaw; Sisters: Nikki Moore and Traci Seals; a Stepbrother, Jimmy "Charlie" Cullins; his Daughters, Amber Brown, and Sofia Madden; a Son, Richard "Richie" Madden, II; Stepchildren, Rachael Barnes, and Allen Reagan. Mr. Madden was also blessed with, and survived by Grandchildren: King, Keyara, Commander, Victory, Trae, Joseph, and Brianna. And finally, all his extended family and friends at Papa John's. Due to the ill timing and unfortunate circumstances of Ric's passing, no financial preparations were in place to fund final expenses.
