In loving memory of Ralph Welty, who passed away on October 18, 2016 at Willis-Knighton Piermont at the age of 83. He was a retired US Air Force Veteran. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Jane Ryder and a son, John Welty. Ralph leaves behind his wife, June Welty; daughter, Caroline Newell; and 3 grandchildren: Samantha Noe, Mark Ryder, and Christopher Ryder. He will be greatly missed. In his honor, there is a Graveside Memorial Service at 11:00 am, the Northwest LA Veterans Cemetery, Keithville, LA, Friday, October 28, 2016.
