Mrs. Janice Faye Anderson Helton

Janice Faye Anderson, AKA Nanny, was born September 3, 1945 in Washington, D.C. to Carl Smith, Sr. and Goldie P. Smith. She passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020. One of Janices proudest achievements was putting herself through Nursing School. Janice was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Goldie Smith, Sr.; spouse William H. D. Anderson; and her daughter, Annie Mai Gabour. She leaves to cherish her memories: her children, Carl D. Anderson, Sr., Aretha G. Anderson, Vicky K. Ross and stepchildren, Tim Helton and Lisa Helton; grandchildren, Misty A. Clanin, Bambi L. Simpson, Chris A. Anderson, Jesse R. Anderson, Carl D. Anderson, Jr., Valarie M. Anderson and Rebecca A. Caine; brother, Carl Smith, Jr.; sisters, Yvonne Madden, Betty Glover, and Juanita Gotman; 16 great grandchildren, and many relatives and friends. Janice loved and was loved by many and will be dearly missed. Please keep the Anderson-Helton Family lifted in Prayer.
