Mr. Norbert B. Flores

Norbert B. Flores passed away at age 94 on 03-27-2020 surrounded by his loving family. He proudly served his country during WWII as an Aviation Metalsmith and retired as a Butcher for Pak-a-Sak convenient stores. He was born in the Spanish Lake Community of Natchitoches Parish 4/12/1925 to Christina Solice Flores and Hill P. Flores. A long time resident of Shreveport, LA, he and his wife were active members of St. Catherines and St. Josephs Catholic churches. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, his only son Alvin Ray Flores and eldest daughter Catherine Flores Rose. Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 72 years, Mary Flores, daughters Sharon Flores Dupuis (Ronnie), Frances Flores Odom (Ken), Cynthia Flores Neyland (John), Grandchildren, Chad Rose, Kimberly Slayton, Angela Rose LaBruyere, Zachary Slayton, Amy Hutchinson, Chase Neyland and 11 great grandchildren along with a host of nieces and nephews. We would like to thank the staff at The Guest House, especially Rhonda Clark and Rhonda Pressley for their kind and gentle care of our parents.
