Michael Gene Ford Michael Gene Ford, age 60, Bethany, LA passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2012 after a lengthy illness. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am, Friday, December 14, 2012 at Forest Park Funeral Home, 1201 Louisiana Ave., Shreveport, LA with Bro. Floyd Johnson officiating. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sandra Ford; sons, Jason and Matt Ford; Daughter, Heather Todd; , Brother, Thomas Ford; mother, Gean Ford, 4 grand children; 3 step children; 8 step grand children; 4 step great-grand children and a host of friends.
