Having six older brothers set her up for a life long love of sports. Always the avid fan. Her life was spent on the same street and the same house where she had very close relationships with all neighbors and their families. Her best friend, Elizabeth Pabody lived just down the street. Many countless happy hours were spent with Elizabeth and her children and other family members. The neighbors across the street named their baby girl Mary Elizabeth after these two lovely ladies. They both just couldn't have been more thrilled. Mary was a skilled ballerina and ballroom dancer (performed with her beloved brother Pat) and she also sang at USO shows to help provide the military with entertainment. At a young age she worked for Arkla Gas Company. She left there when she met and married the love of her life Robert E. Morey. Later in life Mary worked at the Beck Building for independent oil men. enjoyed getting out every day and meeting new people and going to work. Her life was spent as a devout Catholic and she gave generously of her time and money to Holy Trinity Catholic Church where she sang in the choir and worked tirelessly on the alter society making sure all was beautiful for each service. She was preceded is death by her parents Thomas and Lena Creegan and her husband Robert E. Morey.
