Mary Virginia Lombardino

Mary Virginia Johnston Lombardino Vasko, 85, of Shreveport, LA, passed away peacefully, late during the morning of, Tuesday, June 19, 2018. A Celebration of Virginia's life will occur beginning at Noon with a Visitation, immediately followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 PM, Monday June 25, 2018, each taking place at Forest Park Funeral Home, on Louisiana Ave., in Shreveport. Virginia was born December 5, 1932, to the delight of Ben Taylor Johnston and Mary Paulina Smith Johnston in Blanchard, LA. She spent many a glorious years raising a family in Shreveport and has now submitted an address change notification with a forwarding address of: Pearly Gate Way, Heaven. Left behind to cherish her memory and carry on her legacy are: her second husband, Steve Vasko, her loving children: Brian Lombardino(Melinda), Teresa Lombardino(Rose Elliott), and Stephen Lombardino (Michelle); the doted upon grand children: James Lombardino, Elizabeth Clevenger, Samantha Harris, Nicholas Lombardino, and Peyton Lombardino; ten great grand children; and a multitude of extended family and friends.
