Margaret Tyler

Margaret Elizabeth Cox Tyler, 87 of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, peacefully in Alexandria, Louisiana. She was born on November 8, 1936, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Robert L. and Verna Coppers Cox. Margaret grew up in the Shreveport, Louisiana area and attended Centenary College. She was of the Methodist faith, loved animals of all kinds, and spending quality time with her family.

Margaret was preceded in passing by her parents.

Left to cherish Margarets beautiful memories are her three children; Kim Keiffer and husband Laymon, Mark Lewiston and wife Sherri, Tammy and husband Gene; five grandchildren; Clayton Sweet, Josh Keiffer, Johnathan Keiffer, Ashley Lewiston, Melinda Hamp; along with many extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

There will be a graveside service held for Margaret at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 10, 2024, on the grounds of Forest Park East, 3700 St. Vincent Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana 71103.
