Lieselotte Twele Morvan - Went to be with the Lord Sunday February 4, 2018 Born 1927 in Munchen, Germany to Babette and Wilhem Twele. Lieselotte was proceeded in death by her loving husband Otis Morvan. Raised in Germany Lieselotte met our father Otis Morvan while he was an American prisoner of war during WWII . Her family took Otis in and helped him, during this time Lieselotte and Otis fell in love, after the War Otis sent for her where they were married and she made Natchitoches, Louisiana their home. Lieselotte and Otis were blessed with 6 children, They would eventually make North Shreveport their home near Blanchard Louisiana where they continued raising their children. Lieselotte loved family, gardening, dancing and music she loved her children. Lieselotte leaves to cherish her loving memory her family in order of birth, Willis Morvan, Bobby Morvan and Wife Cindy, Helen Greene, Babette Simmons, Erwin Morvan and Wife Tina, Lisa Hartigan and husband John. Lieselotte was blessed with and also leaves with her loving memories, 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Forest Park funeral home at 1201 Louisiana Ave in Shreveport, LA this Thursday February 8. Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM Service will be at 11:00-1200 after the service we will travel to the St.Anne Cemetery to be laid to rest, in the Spanish Lake community near Allen. Just off I-49 at the 485 hwy exit. Located on the Cemetery Lake road south of Allen. Pallbearers will be members of the family, Eric Morvan, Hannah Greene, Caleb Clarke, Josh Clarke, Randy and Brandon Simmons, Michael Greene and Curtis Morvan. As Mom would say "God Bless You".
