Kem F. Lioy

Kem F. Lioy, 66, of Mooringsport, Louisiana, a retired customer service representative, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, from heart and lung complications.

Kem was born to Harry and Pearl Fuller on October 16, 1957, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Kem resided in Hosston, Bossier City, and Mooringsport. In her free time, she loved to sew and make arts and crafts.

Kem is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Pearl Fuller. She is survived by her loving husband, Daniel M. Lioy; her children, Elizabeth and Alex; her grandchildren, Harry, Theresa, and Robert; her sister, Sandra; two cousins, six nieces and nephews, and many animals that she adored.

A graveside service will take place at Forest Park Cemetery West on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 10:00am.
