Jo Anne Moore McCauley was born September 15, 1942 to late Woodrowe and Dorthy Caldwell Moore in Benton, LA. She confessed to Christ at Saint Elmore Baptist Church in Gilliam, LA. Jo Anne was united in marriage to Jackie Lynn McCauley on March 21, 1963. From this union, five children were born; three daughters and two sons, her eldest son Jackie Lynn McCauley, Jr. precedes her in death. Jo Anne was a dedicated Caddo Parish School Board employee for over 30 years. There she met and made many friends. Her passing leaves a void in many hearts, amidst that void; she also leaves cherished memories with: her three daughters, Jacqueline McCauley and Carmen McCauley of Vivian, LA, Lourie McCauley of St. Petersburg, FL; one son, Christopher McCauley of Vivian, LA; pretend son John Paul Robinson of Killeen, TX; two granddaughters, Monique McCauley of St. Petersburg, FL and Shuntay McCauley of Atlanta, TX; two grandsons, Raymond McCauley of Atlanta, TX and Demetrick McCauley of Vivian, LA; ""her three jewels"", great-granddaughters, Shamranique, Ivy Lynn and Kaylee; two brothers, Robert Moore and wife Margret of Gilliam, LA and Kenneth Caldwell and wife Pat of Gonzales, TX; Sister, Gwendolyn Moore and husband Benny of Costa Mesa, CA; two ""very special"" nieces, Latissue Evans and Afra Allen; devoted friend Maggie Holmes; along with many, many other friends and family. Mrs. McCauley passed April 30, 2014. Arrangements have been entrusted to to Forest Park Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, May 10, 2014 at House of Faith Church in Vivian, LA. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am-11:00 am, services at 11:00 am, with internment immediately following at Lake Zion Cemetery. Please join the family in celebrating the life and memories of Mrs. JoAnne McCauley.
