Jhonny Fay Miciotto

Jhonny Faye Miciotto, 78 of Shreveport, Louisiana, died at her home October 5, 2015. She retired after 53 years as owner of Miciotto Grocery. She was born April 6,1937 in Sparkman, Arkansas to Pauline Taylor Vann and Henry Felix Vann. Jhonny was a long time resident of Shreveport and was a faithful Mother and Grandmother who loved her family and friends. Jhonny was proceeded in death by her ""true love"" Salvador Anthony ""Bubba"" Miciotto and her youngest son John Miciotto, both her parents and her brother Marvin Vann. She is survived by four children, Linda and husband; John Newkirk of Bryant, Arkansas. Debra Westmoreland of Maumelle, Arkansas. Tony and wife; Janet Miciotto, and Cynthia Griffin of Shreveport, Louisiana, as well as four grandchildren. Special friends from Shreveport Bossier Hospice Care who lovingly guided and cared for her during the last months. Visitation is set at Forest Park Funeral Home, Shreveport, Louisiana Friday, October 9, 2015 from 1pm to 4pm with a Christian service to follow lead by Reverend Robert Anderson.
