Jean Mcclure Bridwell

Graveside services for Jean McClure Bridwell will be held at 11 a.m.on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Forest Park East Cemetery in Shreveport. Jean was born on May 24, 1941 in Marshall, Texas to John and Lucy Watson, and passed away, surrounded by her loved ones, on October 17, 2016. Jean was a loving and devoted wife, mother and Meme, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Preceding Jean in death were her parents, brother, husband, James D. McClure, infant son, James David McClure, Jr., and husband Charles F. Bridwell. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, John D. McClure and wife Lisa, grandsons David B. McClure and wife Christy, and Jacob McClure; sister, Shelley Anderson of El Paso, Texas, Lynne Pumilio and husband, Steve, Chuck Bridwell and wife Dawn, Laura Perkins and husband Johnny, Lana Albritton and husband Gene, Chad Bridwell and wife Angel, and Chris Bridwell and wife Melanie. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank everyone for their kindness and prayers.
