James Elliot Bartell Of Dallas, Tx

Passed away on March 31, 2014. He was born on January 12, 1942 to Elliott and Betty Bartell. James is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Joan Bartell; daughters, Christy Johnson and husband Travis of McKinney, TX, and Cindy Hixson and husband Dallas of Alexandria, LA; grandchildren, Elizabeth Hixson, and Dallas Hixson Jr., Lacie Johnson, Luke Johnson; sister, Jayne Westmoreland. Friday, April 4, 2014 in Shreveport, LA, there will be a visitation at Forest Park Funeral Home from 10:00am to 11:00 am, followed by a graveside service at Forest Park East at 11:15 am.
