Gisele Preslar

Gisele Claire Fernande Rose Preslar August 31, 1930-January 30, 2018 Gisele went to her reward on January 30th. Born in the city of Metz, at the confluence of the Moselle and the Seille Rivers, in her native France, Gisele was proud of her roots and equally proud of her adopted nation and home state of Louisiana. She was a devoted employee, mother, and grandmother. It was family that brought her the most joy. She was born to Achille Felix Hippolyte Rose and Fernande Marie Celestine Francois Rose who preceded her to heaven as did her son Barron Maxey Preslar. She is survived by her children Karen Alice Preslar and Gregory Alan Preslar , both of Shreveport, Louisiana , as well as her grandchild Evan Clayton Preslar of Metairie, Louisiana. There will be an intimate gravesite ceremony , Monday February 5th, at 12:15 pm, Forest Park Cemetery, Shreveport, Louisiana.
