Franklin D. Jackson

There is an open gate at the end of the road, through which each must go alone. Beyond the gate one finds happiness and rest.

Franklin Doyle Jackson was born September 28th, 1957, to Willie Louis Jackson and Alice Louise Alexander Jackson. He was the oldest of two children. Franklin accepted Christ at the age of twelve and was baptized at Old Zion Baptist Church by the late Rev. Henry Woodson. He graduated from Logansport Rosenwald High School in 1975 and graduated from Wiley College in Marshall, Texas in 1978.

Franklin touched the lives of countless individuals.

Franklin’s memories will be cherished by his mother, Alice, sister, Terrie, and hosts of family and friends.
