Frances Payne

Frances Carolyn Woodard Payne was born on July 31, 1935, in Prescott, AR. She was an active member of Greenwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Mark Turner Woodard; mother, Ocie Ola Vinson Woodard; siblings, Vinson Woodard, Ira Woodard, Claudia Woodard Buchanan, Vivian Woodard Caulfield White, Ishmael 'IT' Woodard, Quenten 'Mac' Woodard, Martha Woodard Williams, Vernia 'Ruby' Woodard Hasley, Bonnie Woodard Hurst; spouse, William Ronald Payne; and son, Kevin Martin Payne. She is survived by her brother, Carroll 'Martin' Woodard; daughter in law, Carol Ann Payne; grandchildren, Kristopher Payne and Kristi Rice (spouse, Rusty Rice); and great-grandchildren, Ashlynn Rice and Landon Rice.
