Frances Eleanor Brown Milgate, 79 years old, born January 15, 1943, of Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022.
Frances was predeceased by her parents, William and Eleanor Brown. She is survived by her husband, Edward Allen Milgate; her two daughters, Judith M. Rongey (Robert) and Pamela M. Stephens (Gregg); and two grandchildren, Edward Colt Taylor and Jody Faith Frances Taylor.
Funeral services will be held at the graveside at Forest Park West Cemetery, 4000 Meriwether Rd. on Friday, August 5 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be at Forest Park Funeral Home, 1201 Louisiana Ave. on Thursday, August 4, from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
Frances loved the Lord, her family, and her church family. A special thanks to Hand In Hand Hospice Care for their special care in Frances last days on earth.
