Dorothy Ann Carter

Dorothy Ann Miles Carter was born on April 16, 1946, in Jonesboro, LA to Dorothy and Joe T. Miles. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching her horses. Dorothy was a successful entrepreneur for 30 years, having owned her own hair salon. Dorothy was preceded in death by her Parents and her niece: Sheila Miles. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, of 52 years, Raymond Carter; her children: Allen Carter, Adam Carter and wife Sheri, Anita Veuleman and husband Danny; grandsons: Josh Veuleman, Jacob Veuleman, Carson Carter, Ray Carter and Austin Carter; granddaughter: Allie Carter, great grandson: Gunner; Great granddaughters: Rylie, Chloe, and Landry; her Brothers: Michael Miles and wife Teresa; Joe T. Miles, JR. and wife Connie; Sister: Penny Lobdell and husband Robert; three nephews and two nieces. Dorothy is also survived by extended family at Carter's Hair Salon.
