Devlin Shane Johnston

Devlin ‘Shane' Johnston of Odessa, Texas passed away on Monday March, 6, 2017 in Shreveport, LA at the young age of 42. He is preceded in death by his beloved Brother, Brent Vetter; his Grandmothers Jeane Peel and Katherine Johnston; his Great-Grandparents: Chuck & Nina Johnston, and George & Saddie Ballard. Left to Cherish his memories are his beloved Father, Charles Johnston, his beloved Mother, Paula Johnston and boyfriend Danny Gray; Grandfather Ollie Ballard and Wife Thelma Ballard; Grandfather Jim Peel; beloved Brother Marc Vetter & Wife Jody Vetter; beloved Sister Bethany Havert & Husband David Havert; beloved Nephews Blake Vetter, Josh Patterson, Gavin and Seth Vetter; beloved Neices, Amber Vetter and Maddline Havert; and one Great-Nephew, Jayden Patterson; many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends. Shane had an amazing and outgoing personality. He was always the life of any party and could make anyone smile, with his witty demeanor. Even with all his daily health struggles, he always had a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He never met a stranger. He had a love for electronics, dogs, and was quite the Dallas Cowboys fan. A Visitation will be held Friday, March 17, 2017 from 10:00 AM to Noon, followed by a Service. Interment will be at Forest Park West Cemetery.
