David H. Beason, 65, of Keithville, Louisiana passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016. He was born April 9, 1951 to Floyd D. and Annie Ruth Beason in Shreveport, LA. He attended Fair Park High School and graduated the class 1969. He married the love of his life, Bonnie Cooksey on January 29, 1971, and had two children Ashley and Matt. He loved spending time with his family, the beach, hunting, fishing, playing golf and working in his yard. He has left behind his loving Wife; Bonnie, Daughter; Ashley Spano and husband William of Keithville, LA., Son; Matt and wife Lindsay of Shreveport, LA, Grandchildren; Haley and Sydney Peters, Ty Spradling, Seth and Kelsey Spano, Kaylee Smith, and Jayce Beason, a Brother; Rick and wife, Theresa Beason of Dallas, TX., Nephew; Tommy and wife Coleen Beason of Witchita, KS., Neices; Jamie and husband, Kelly Frazier of South Lake, TX., and Ricki Beason of Dallas, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Marsha Beason. A visitation will be held Friday, July 1, 2016, from 6PM to 8PM at Forest Park Funeral Home, 1201 Louisiana Ave. Shreveport, LA 71101. Services will be held Saturday, July 2, 2016, at 11AM followed by interment at Forest Park Cemetery, West 4000 Meriwether Rd. Shreveport, LA.
