Dana Polk

Dana Sue Walters Polk, 80, of Shreveport went into eternal rest on Monday, February 13, 2017 after brief battle with cancer. She was born on July 27, 1936 in Middleton, Tennessee to Robert and Vera McNeely. She loved playing Pokeno and watching game shows. She taught kindergarten at Calvary Baptist Church for several years then went on to retire as the accountant for SporTran. She enjoyed helping her daughter Rhonda at HDW'S dealer markets. She is survived by her Husband, Billy Polk, Daughters Sara ""Genie"" Nerenbaum and Rhonda Walters and son William Robert ""Rusty"" Walters. Seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and her precious poodle "Precious."
