Arrangements will be handled by Forest Park Funeral Home, 1201 Louisiana Ave. Funeral Services will be 12 noon, Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Timothy Godin officiating. Mr. Smith proudly served his country as a part of the United States Air Force. He was a car salesman and owned two restaurants in downtown Shreveport. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 54 years, Marina Smith; two daughters; Tracie Mercado and Desiree? Venezie; three grandchildren as well as a host friends. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff of St. Joseph?s Hospice for their loving care.
