Beatrice G. Sitter

Beatrice (Bea) Sitter 92, passed away peacefully at home August 23, 2014. A graveside service will be held in her memory on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 11:30a.m. Located at Forest Park Cemetery West 4000 Meriwether Rd. Shreveport, La. With Bro. Harry Forester officiating. She was born December 17, 1921 in Mooringsport, La. She spent all of her life caring for others. She retired at age 78 as a private medical sitter caring for most of her patients until they entered eternity and missed them each dearly. She loved her family and always put their needs first saying ""It will be okay"". Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents and siblings and her dear son John Albert Sitter. Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Maxine Davenport (Jim); Kathy Beard(Dake). Sons, Johnny (whom she lived with); Jimmy(Leesa); Robert, Jerry(Stephanie); her sister Helen Messick;.10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She lived her life with great courage and compassion. In remembrance pay it forward.
