Agatha Ward Of Shreveport, La

Agatha Ward was born December 14,1916, went to be with the Lord on September 11, 2013. She is survived by three daughters, Sylvia Ann Ward McLain, Lavette Ward Polson and husband Raymond, and Mary Beth Ward Carlisle and husband Bill. She was blessed with six wonderful grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Agatha was very active in the Lydia Sunday School Class at the Blanchard Baptist Church and Lydia sewing group making Afghans and quilts for many nursing homes in the area. Services for Agatha will be held Saturday, September 14,2013 at Forest Park East Cemetery at 2:00 pm, lead by Dr. Doug Allen, her pastor.
