Aaron "Tater" David Rouse, 30, resident of Bossier City, LA, took his victory lap on Monday, August 6, 2018 in Shreveport, LA. He was born on November 13, 1987, to Tracy Rouse and Matt Snyder where he made a pitstop in Orlando Florida and there, spent most of his life and learned his love for racing from his parents. Aaron drifted through life being known for his caring giving nature and being a Florida Gator fan. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with family, talking, and working on cars. He loved his racing family and was a proud member of Shreveport Street Cars where he lived his life a quarter of a mile at a time. Retired race fans cheering him on is his grandfather; David Merton Rouse and cousins; Victoria Mary Sutton and Dustin Selander. His pit crew consists of his parents, sister; Amanda Shaffer Rouse, grandparents; Jo-ann Rouse-Sutton, Edgar Sutton, and Kay Sullivan fianc; Stacey Dew, step-children (that he loved like his own); Kenna Goss and Mason Beaird, 6 uncles; Chad, Jimmy, Ronnie, Ricky, Mike, & Travis; 2 Heather and Lisa and many friends. 2nd Corinthian 5:8 "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body and at home in the presence of the Lord." A family visitation will be from 11:30 AM with the Service to follow at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Sylvan Hills Community Church followed by a celebration luncheon in the fellowship hall.
